PICKING THE APARTMENT FOR YOUR NEEDS
WHICH APARTMENT IS BEST FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS OR DIGITAL NOMADS NEEDING WORKSPACE?
Every Keefer House apartment includes a tabletop workspace, but for dedicated work setups, we
recommend:
One-bedroom apartments – some feature a desk in the living area
Deluxe two-bedroom layouts – ideal for team projects; some feature a desk in the living area
Spacious three-bedroom units – ideal for team projects; all feature a desk is in the living area
Feel free to message us once you’ve selected an apartment and we’re happy to help make sure
you’re set with everything you need.
ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?
Keefer House is a proudly pet-friendly hotel in Vancouver. Pet-friendly stays can be added to any
booking for $50 per night + applicable taxes. This can be confirmed when making your
reservation online or by contacting us before you arrive.
ARE YOU FAMILY FRIENDLY?
Absolutely! Our spacious apartments are designed for families who want space, privacy, and
home-like comforts. Think full kitchens for snacktime and in-suite laundry for the inevitable spills.
Our two and three bedroom layouts give everyone room to unwind:
Deluxe Two Bedroom (799–1,006 sq ft)

SERVICES & AMENITIES
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY TECH POWERED STAY?
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to complete a simple and secure online pre-
arrival form.
24 hours before your arrival, we’ll email or text you everything need for a seamless check-in: your
secure digital access code, apartment number, access to our digital guest guide, and parking
details (if requested). Come check-in time you can head straight to your apartment – no front
desk or waiting.
WHAT IF I REQUIRE ASSISTANCE DURING MY STAY?
Our digital guest guide provides you with a helpful FAQ to your apartment and the
neighbourhood, plus direct support with our host team through the chat feature and WhatApp.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING ONSITE?
Keefer House does not have onsite parking; however, we work with the parkade across the street
for short and long term rates.
DO YOU HAVE A GYM ONSITE?
Yes, Keefer House has a gym available 24hours. The gym features free weights, a treadmill,
elliptical, and two stationary bikes.
POLICIES
HOUSERULES?
No smoking. No parties. We take pride in providing a stay experience that is welcoming and comfortable for our guests. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Keefer House check-in is 4pm and check out is 11am. Need a little longer? We’re happy to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out based on availability; additional fees apply.
DO YOU RATE MATCH?
Yes. We strive to offer the best rates right here on our website. However, if you find a lower rate for the same apartment type and dates elsewhere, let us know at hello@keeferhouse.com and we’ll be happy to help. Please note this is not applicable for non-refundable, group or contracted rate plans.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
When you book directly on our website, most reservations come with a 48-hour cancellation policy. However, please review the terms of your selected rate, as policies can vary. Cancellation windows do not apply to non-refundable rate plans.
EXTENDED STAYS
DO YOU OFFER BETTER RATES FOR LONGER STAYS?
Yes! The longer you stay, the better the rate. Our best rates are available right here on our website.

CAN YOU INVOICE MY COMPANY OR INSURANCE PROVIDER DIRECTLY?
Yes, Keefer House is happy to set up direct billing with your company or insurance provider. This works well with our guests staying on business and those seeking temporary accommodations in Vancouver as a result of an insurance claim.
