Every apartment includes a full kitchen with premium appliances, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, locally-sourced kitchen and bath amenities, and contactless check-in. Guests also enjoy access to an on-site gym and curated neighbourhood guides.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4pm and check-out is by 11am. Need a little longer? We’re happy to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out based on availability. Additional fees apply.
Does Keefer House offer contactless or self check-in?
Yes, Keefer House offers a fully contactless, digital check-in experience. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick security check and access to your personal digital guest portal, which includes everything you need for your stay: details about your suite, curated neighborhood guides, and direct messaging with our host team.
Your digital key code becomes available 24 hours before check-in, allowing seamless access to your suite. Come check-in time, you can head straight to your apartment – no check-in waiting.
Is Keefer House pet-friendly?
Yes, Keefer House is a pet-friendly hotel. Pet-friendly stays can be added for $50 per night plus applicable taxes. This can be confirmed when making your reservation online or by contacting us HELLO@KEEFERHOUSE.COM in advance of your arrival.
Is Keefer House family-friendly?

Which Keefer House apartment is best for business travelers working remotely?
For guests travelling for business, our deluxe two-bedroom or spacious three-bedroom units are the best options, guaranteeing a separate workspace for dedicated work from home time. Alternatively, all apartments also include a tabletop or desk suitable for remote work, along with reliable Wi-Fi and quiet interiors.

Does Keefer House have parking onsite?
No, Keefer House does not offer onsite parking, however, we work with the parkade across the street for preferred short and long-term rates. Contact us for more details.
Does Keefer House have a gym onsite?
Yes, Keefer House has a gym onsite available 24-hours. The gym includes free weights, a treadmill, elliptical, and two stationary bikes.

House rules?
Keefer House is a non-smoking property and does not allow parties or events.
Does Keefer House offer a best-rate guarantee when booking direct?
We offer a best-rate guarantee on all direct bookings. If you find a lower rate elsewhere for the same apartment and dates, reach out to hello@keeferhouse.com and we’ll make it right. Note that the guarantee applies at the time of booking only and cannot be applied retroactively.
What is Keefer House’s cancellation policy?
Most direct bookings come with a 48-hour cancellation policy, though terms may vary by rate plan. Cancellation windows do not apply to non-refundable rates.

Yes, the longer you stay, the better the rate. Our best rates are available on our website, with discounts for extended stays automatically applied based on your selected dates – no promo code needed.
Can you invoice my company or insurance provider directly?
Yes, Keefer House offers direct billing for corporate stays and insurance placements, making it easy for business travelers or guests seeking temporary accommodations as a result of an insurance claim.

Do I need to pay utilities?
No, all stays include utilities, cable and WiFi. Stays longer than 30 nights are also tax exempt.
