WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Keefer House check-in is 4pm and check out is 11am.
Need a little longer? We’re happy to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out based on availability; additional fees apply.
ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?
Keefer House is a proudly pet-friendly hotel in Vancouver. Pet-friendly stays can be added to any booking for $50 per night + applicable taxes. This can be confirmed when making your reservation online or by contacting us before you arrive.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY TECH POWERED STAY?
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to complete a simple and secure online pre-arrival form.
24 hours before your arrival, we’ll email or text you everything need for a seamless check-in: your secure digital access code, apartment number, access to our digital guest guide, and parking details (if requested). Come check-in time you can head straight to your apartment – no front desk or waiting.
